I was responsible of overall membership development and recruitment in the country. Spearheading agenda management for all national and regional conferences.

• Performed workload assessments and implemented streamlined operational processes resulting in a 20% boost in productivity
  

• Developed recruitment & training strategies resulting in 83% membership increase & a 50% improvement in retention rate
  

• Led a team of 50 Vice Presidents in 50 cities enhancing membership experience and driving overall operational performance
  

• Designing and creation of agendas for 16 National and regional conferences.
  

• Developing data analytics system for tracking membership
  

• Developed and deployed a virtual education platform to improve the membership growth curve
  

• Training and Development of International membership across the United States

During my role in AIESEC in United states, I was responsible for developing conference agendas designed according to national strategies for 16 national and regional conferences. Apart from this, training and delivery of sessions and managing of delegate experience was an integral part of the role.
