AIESEC is the world’s largest leadership development organization

I was responsible for building international partnerships and creating national strategies to train local vice presidents to assist young professionals achieve international internship opportunities.

Responsibilities & Achievements

• Managed nationwide operations and formulated effective strategies resulting in a remarkable 120% growth in overall operations
  

• Managed international relations with 45+ countries, established 5 new partnerships, and organized 10 conferences across India
  

• Designed and delivered 10 conferences across India, attracting an average audience size of 600 attendees
  

• Led a team of 25 vice-presidents from different cities

Conferences & Agenda Management

During my role in AIESEC in India, as the national team, we were responsible for training 2,000 members across India through National and Regional conferences which would be designed and delivered by us over the course of the year. In total, we delivered 6 National and 2 Regional conferences.
